 LIFETIME WARRANTY

1. Warranty: All products with the exception of batteries & transformers carry a Lifetime Warranty. Preferred Power Products warrants to the original purchaser that all products shall be free from defects in material or workmanship at the time of shipment. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to the repairing or replacing of any of our products, providing said products are used within the specified ratings and applied in accordance with good engineering practice, and providing said products are provided by our examination to be defective and returned to us transportation prepaid. The warranty shall constitute the fulfillment of Preferred Power Products liability and Preferred Power Products shall not be liable for any consequential damages. This warranty does not extend to any of our products that have been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, improper application, improper installation, or acts of God. Nor shall this warranty extend to material that has been altered or repaired outside the factory. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.

2. Warranty Service Products: All returned items must be accompanied by a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), which can be obtained by calling Preferred Power Products Customer Service. Authorized products can be sent back freight pre-paid by the customer. Preferred Power Products will repair or replace the products as per our warranty, and return the goods to the customer freight free. Damaged products not covered by our warranty can be repaired, however, charges may apply.
