Shipping & Returns
• Product Availability
- Product is in stock and most times ships same day. Please check shipping cutoff times.
- Product is on order and expected to leave our warehouse in 3-5 days max. Please call for exact shipping date if order is needed quickly. We can also sometimes drop ship from a manufacturer depending on the size of the order.
• Warranties: All items are warranted for (1) One Year, unless otherwise stated. Every Product we sell comes with unlimited lifetime toll free technical support! Support is available 24/7/365 at no charge!
• Restocking Fee: None, we simply don't feel right about charging our customers to return a perfectly good item.
• PURCHASE ORDERS: We accept PO's from schools, hospitals and government agencies ONLY.
• OTHER Payment Methods: All other orders must be paid by credit card, wire transfer, check in advance or Paypal (We do NOT accept COD's).
• International Orders: We have a $100 minimum order amount (not including shipping & tax) for all orders outside the USA.
• Minimum Order: $12.00
• Shipping: Orders received before 3PM CST, Monday through Friday will usually ship the same day. Orders after 4PM (CST) (Monday through Friday) will usually ship the next business day. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Elgin, IL via UPS or FedEx.
• Returns: We accept returns for any and all reasons during the warranty period. We do ask that you contact us for an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the box.
When requesting an RMA number, please be as detailed as possible and include your name, order number and the reason you are returning the item. This will allow us to issue you a special tracking number called an RMA (or Returned Materials Authorization). Using this number we will be able to track your request and credit your charge card appropriately.
Once you receive your RMA number, you will need to write it clearly on the outside of the package before sending it to us.
Do not write on or place any shipping labels on the outside of the product packaging. The return item must be shipped in a cardboard box made for shipping. If the item is damaged, not resellable or the original packaging is not in new sellable condition the RMA can be rejected. IF our RMA department feels the product can be resold they will charge a 15% restocking fee if the product packing is missing or damaged. If the returned product is not in a sellable condition or damaged the RMA will be rejected and no refund will be issued. If the customer would like the product returned they will need to pay the return shipping.
We do not accept returns on Magnetic tag detachers. These products are only eligible for a replacement if the wrong product was ordered. Refunds for this type of product are only issued if they have been pre-authorized by management.
Product returned in the first thirty days is eligible for a full refund. Product sent to us after the 30 days is eligible for repair or replacement. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. Items that have damage that is not a result of product failure or manufactures defect may not be eligible for replacement.
We are not able to accept returns on any software of upgrade keys because of the unique license keys provided. There are not excetions to the policy. Even if the software is still in the orginal packaging we will not provide any type of refund or credit.
• Refused Delivery: If a delivery is refused for any reason the Customer is responsible for paying the additional shipping charges. If the customer qualified for a "Free Shipping" promo the amount of the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount paid when a refund is issued. Bulk CCTV Store does not pay for return shipping. If a customer returns any order, no shipping charges will be refunded.
• Sales Tax: All sales shipped to an address in the state of Illinois will be charged sales tax, unless a resale card has been filled out and submitted to us. Please note that a copy of your resale certificate is not sufficient, we must have the proper form filled out, signed and either faxed to us at (847) 742-5090 or scanned in and emailed to email@example.com
• PO Boxes: We are unable to ship to a PO Box.
